Shipping & Order
How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over £99.9 for all standard items. Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Once we receive your order it usually takes less than 3 days to get it ready to ship out.
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time depends on different shipping methods. Express shipping: Within-3-10 business days. Standard shipping: Within 7-20 business days after shipment. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
How can I change my shipping address?
We will do our best to accommodate any change requests, but cannot guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships. If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@moomipets.com.
How do I check my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships.In addition, you can click HERE or "Track Your Order" in the footer to enter the inquiry page, fill in your Tracking Number or Order Number for inquiry.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
There is a very limited time in which you can modify/cancel the order after payment.If your order hasn't shipped yet,please reach out to support@moomipets.com with the order number about the modification/cancellation. We're sorry that the order can't be modified/canceled if the order is shipped.

What are my payment options?
We want to make buying your favorite MoomiPets gear online fast and easy, and accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied at a time. For example, if there is a Black Friday sale going on, no other discount codes can be applied on top of the existing sale promotion.
